Each dish is built around a quality protein and two healthy sides, perfectly portioned and ready to heat and enjoy. No guessing, no fuss, no digging through the fridge trying to convince yourself celery counts as dinner.
Our vision
We’re starting small so we can do it right — just a couple delicious options at a time on select days. But this is only the beginning. As Agape Prep grows, our goal is to roll out a full weekly menu with different meals each day, all available for pickup or delivery so you can stay on track no matter how busy life gets.
